We're thrilled to share that two of our history titles have been shortlisted for the 2024 Jeanne Clarke Local History Awards:

1. Talking to the Story Keepers: Tales from the Chilcotin Plateau by Sage Birchwater (Read about this title here)

2. Kechicka Chronicler: Willard Freer’s Northern BC and Yukon Diaries, 1942-1975 by Jay Sherwood (Read about this title here)

The awards were established by the Prince George Public Library Board in 1985, in memory of former library Board Chair, Jeanne Clarke.
